National Trails Day -- Reminder

As a reminder (see entry from May 12th), National Trails Day is this Saturday, June 6th. LCTA will be out on the Cedar River Trail from 8am - 10am with a free progressive breakfast. LCTA is also sponsoring a walk with the Linn County Conservation Department at Morgan Creek Park (meeting at the arboretum) beginning at 8am. A flyer with more details may be downloaded here.

National Trails Day

National Trails Day is an important and fun trails event that happens annually in June. This year, National Trails Day is on Saturday, June 6th. As in previous years, LCTA is hosting free snacks and beverages on the trail from 8am - 10am at the following locations: Sokol Park, Greene Square Park, and McLoud Park. Also, the Linn County Conservation Department is hosting a hike at Morgan Creek Park (arboretum area) starting at 8:00am.
