2007 Trail Maps Almost Ready

The LCTA Map Committee has completed major design of the printed Metro Area Trails Guide for 2007. The full-color fold-out map is expected to go to the printers in a week or less, and should be ready for distribution by April 1. Look for the map this spring on a trail near you.

The map graphics contained in the Metro Area Trails Guide are available online NOW. Check out the newly revised and updated maps available at http://www.linncountytrails.org/map.php. Enjoy!

Excellent work! I look forward to seeing it out.

Do you have time/resources to correct a couple of minor things?
The connection from CRT to C St along Ely Rd is existing, not just funded.
There's a Natl Rec Trail logo rather than Am Disc Trail logo on the CRT (by Hiawatha).

I notice that the mileage points on the Cedar River Trail don't match the actual markers. Are the markers going to be moved to match the map?

Regarding mileage points: The mileage points on the map aren't meant to be the same as the mileage markers; they just show distance in one-mile increments.

So, for this round, the mileage points will remain as they are on the map. It may come up as a discussion point again for the next printing....

The linncountytrails.org website appears to be down. Is there another link to try and find this map online?
